@afixt/usecase-runner is coming soon

@afixt/usecase-runner is the reference implementation of UCDL: it validates use case documents, runs them against a browser, and generates Playwright tests from them. It will be released publicly on npm soon.

Until then, the specification describes everything the package implements, and the validator checks a use case document against it.
